No, AssistMe does not require any term contracts. Clients are
not obligated for a specific duration. We only sign an
agreement outlining our company policies and laws.
You have direct access to the AssistMe HR team. Any concern or
dissatisfaction can be raised and resolved, or a free employee
replacement will be provided.
You can communicate via email, company phone extension, Skype
audio/video, or any other preferred cloud-based tool.
There is no limit on the number of employees you can hire.
No. You pay a single bundled monthly cost covering all
skillsets required by your project.
We have a price range per skillset. The final cost depends on
required experience, salary expectations, and educational
qualifications.
There is no limit to the number of interviews or tests. We
want you to be confident in your hiring decision.
Employees typically work overlapping hours between IST and
your local time. Full local time shifts can also be arranged
upon request.
A full-time employee works 8 hours/day (176 hours/month),
Monday–Friday. A part-time employee works 4 hours/day (88
hours/month), Monday–Friday.
Payments are monthly and prepaid. Invoices are raised on the
1st of each month. For mid-month starts, we raise pro-rata
invoices accordingly.
You save up to 50% on employee costs and additional expenses
on infrastructure, equipment, HR, admin, payroll, insurance,
and taxes.
Yes. You can opt for a 1–2 week paid trial without any
contract or obligation to ensure quality and suitability.
Your employee can start as soon as you want. After the first
month's payment and signed agreement, AssistMe sends you
employee details within 24 hours.
Employees get 8 national holidays and 1 restricted holiday
annually. They earn 1 paid leave per month, which can be used
or accumulated.
You receive regular timesheets and work logs for complete
transparency on your employee’s activities.
AssistMe enforces strict data protection policies. All
employees sign NDAs and are not allowed to work from home to
prevent data breaches.
There are no hidden charges. The monthly quoted fee is
all-inclusive.
No. The employee is legally employed by AssistMe. You have no
tax, insurance, or employment liabilities.
Notify us 15 days in advance. We will inform the employee and
adjust billing accordingly.
Yes, you can directly offer and transfer incentives to your
employee.
A full-time employee works exclusively for you. Part-time
employees may work with another client outside your 4
dedicated hours.
No. For data protection, AssistMe does not allow remote work
under any circumstance.
Yes, AssistMe encourages all clients to sign an NDA.
Yes. You can invite your employee, but visa arrangements and
travel expenses must be handled and paid by you.
The employee serves a 30-day notice. AssistMe will notify you,
provide a replacement, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
AssistMe provides Microsoft Office by default. Other software
can be installed if free. For paid software, the client must
pay the subscription fee.
Yes. As per our Buy-Out Policy, after 1 year of service with
AssistMe, you may hire the employee locally by paying a
one-time fee of USD $25,000.
